  I first want to say how genuinely nice Mike Gogin and his team of agents are at the Hartland State Farm. My family has been with State Farm since before I can even remember and I‘m 27 now. Once I turned 15 and a half I got my first car and of course needed to be insured. I watched the videos and turned in my report card just to get a better discount. I don’t really remember when Jerry the old agent had retired and Mike moved on in to take over. Once I moved out I started my own account, this is when I met mr. Gogin. I was renting and he suggested renters insurance with a low rate with a huge number to back it up. Getting to know Mike has been great due to the fact that he knew my whole family and was always asking me how my parents were doing. He suggested life insurance once he found out I had a beautiful little girl in my life. Same deal again cheap rate with a pretty penny to back it up, had something happened to me. Setting up life insurance is a whole new process that can get complicating and Mike made it easy, he would come to my work if need be to go over some paper work when I had time and he would even text me making sure I had everything figured out, of course with my consent to text first because he knew I had a crazy busy schedule. I now insure 2 cars have renters insurance and life insurance and let’s just say I still have money left in the bank to still pay rent and other bills. I would suggest State Farm to anyone.

  Mike has been my insurance agent for over 2 years. He is a thorough and customer-oriented agent who takes the time to tailor services to the customer and make sure they are getting everything they want. I have referred other people to Mike and they have all shared similar experiences. I am very happy to call State Farm my home for insurance needs, especially after having less satisfactory experiences with other insurance companies. I recommend Mike without any hesitation.

  I had been with American Family Insurance 10+ years and being reluctant to consider a change for the time and effort involved. In reviewing my policies and making some other changes, I decided to look at Gogin Insurance since we knew their family and had been contacted by their agency in the past. Gogin Insurance made it easy and did most of the heavy lifting setting up the Home, Umbrella and Auto policy accounts. I wanted to see if I could get a better level of service and ultimately reduce my costs. Mike Gogin delivered on his promises and was very responsive to my questions.
